I like to eat. I really like to eat. It must be in my blood (and stomach).
Anyone who has ever spent a leisurely meal with me knows I eat like a pig.
Anyone who has seen me eat wonders how I keep my girlish figure.
Some people (who don’t know me) think I may have an eating disorder.
The truth?
- No eating disorder
- Genetics in my favour
- And I spend a truckload of calories every single day
Some people live to work. Others work to live.
I workout to eat. YUM.

I think it’s a good idea to participate in sports because let’s face it… once you’re in your late 20’s all of your old school friends and even family have their own lives and the only people you really see on a regular basis are your co-workers and “activity partners”.
For the most part, I find eating five “healthy” meals a day to be bit of a chore because of the lack of variety. I don’t like seafood (with the exception of sole), so it’s always either:
1.) Chicken/turkey
2.) Beef
3.) Ham/pork
Boring… I’ve even gotten tired of drinking meal replacements for my 3:30pm snack to prevent my blood sugar level from dropping!
On average, I’ll only eat out once or twice a week and when I do, the entrees are so dull and poorly made that I’m ready to skip to dessert (and the saddest part is that I make better entrees and desserts myself).
